Water Damage Public Adjuster Service in New Jersey

Residential and Commercial properties suffer water damage for a multitude of reasons ranging from broken pipes, sub-zero temperatures to appliance leakage. Living and working in Southern New Jersey makes your home or business susceptible to many different water related issues. Water can cause structural damage as well and insurance companies don't always factor this in when assessing your damage. YPA handles more water damage claims then anything else, which enables us to spot all possible damage both current and long-term and make sure your claim yields the highest amount possible. YPA recommends calling us PRIOR to the insurance company. If you suffer water damage, we will send one of our recommend mitigation companies who are always on 24 hour emergency stand by to assist in immediate water cleanup. WE DO NOT SUGGEST USING THE CLEAN UP COMPANIES THAT THE CARRIER RECOMMENDS. When integrity is called into question, they will always do what the company paying them wants even if that means not properly mitigating the building damages. (I have seen this time and time again, LY)
